"Never" — A Word Worth Its Weight in Gold
Stick to that word "never." It is worth its weight in gold. Cling to it as a drowning man clings to a rope. Grasp it firmly, as a soldier attacked on all sides grasps his sword. God has said, and will stand to it, "I will never leave you!"
"Never!" Though your heart often faints, and you are sick of self, and your many failures and infirmities; even then the promise will not fail.
"Never!" Though the devil whispers, 'I shall have you at last! In little while, your faith will fail, and you will be mine!' Even then, God will keep his Word.
"Never!" Though waves of trouble go over your head, and all hope seems taken away. Even then the Word of God will stand.

Alabando a Dios cuando lo perdemos TODO
Cuando Charles wesley tenía cinco años su casa se quemo afortunadamente su familia lo pudo sacar a él y a sus hermanos antes de que se destruyera por completo. Más tarde el se convirtió en uno de los predicadores más influyentes en el gran avivamiento de estados unidos y también en Londres a partir del año 1739, también fue un prolífico escritor de himnos.
Es sorprendente ver las pruebas que Dios trae a la vida de sus hijos, como El trae bendiciones de sufrimientos, como El cambia a las personas y trabaja en nuestros corazones. Estas cosas me hacen pensar en el sufrimiento que paso la familia monestina (Los dueños del supermercado Bravo).
Recientemente uno de sus edificios se quemo completamente, ellos han exhibido una ejemplar fe en Dios a pesar de sus problemas. Ellos publicaron una nota en todos los periódicos el viernes (2-12-2011) glorificando a Dios en medio del fuego. En esa nota ellos mencionaron cuatro cosas que quiero compartir con ustedes;
-“El amor de Dios ha confortado nuestros corazones.”
-“El incendio se produjo dentro de los propósitos de Dios.”
-“Tenemos el privilegio de imitar a Jesus.”
-“El amor de Dios ha sido manifestado por nuestros amigos.”
La verdad es que Dios usa las pruebas para hacernos crecer y para acercarnos mas a El como dice el libro de Romanos 5:2-5;
“Así que nos regocijamos en la esperanza de alcanzar la gloria de Dios y no sólo en esto, sino también en nuestros sufrimientos, porque sabemos que el sufrimiento produce perseverancia; la perseverancia, entereza de carácter; la entereza de carácter, esperanza.”
Tambien es cierto que Dios ha prometido fortalecernos y guiarnos en medio de las pruebas;
“No temas, porque yo estoy contigo; no desmayes, porque yo soy tu Dios que te esfuerzo; siempre te ayudaré, siempre te sustentaré con la diestra de mi justicia.” Is 41:10
“Porque yo sé muy bien los planes que tengo para ustedes —afirma el Señor—, planes de bienestar y no de calamidad, a fin de darles un futuro y una esperanza.” Jer 29:11
Como dice la autora Beth Moore; “La Fe no es negar la realidad, es creer en una realidad más grande.” Cuando tu estas pasando por pruebas pesadas es ahí cuando se evidencia donde está tu tesoro. Lo que Dios mas valora es cuando nosotros lo amamos sobre las otras cosas y lo alabamos en medio de las pruebas.

Dios es nuestro unico tesoro
"Some times I wonder if God is really aware of what is going on, despite the fact that I believe by faith that He is GOD. My life changed 360 in a matter of days, my mom got diagnosed with cancer, no human cure known, me and my family had to move a new place so different from our country, I left dear friends behind, left school which I loved so much. I asked God many times "What are you doing? Don't you see that my mom is suffering?", I felt guilty of asking God questions, but I just really wanted to know if He still was up there taking care of us. I came across this verse in Habakkuk and it blew out my mind, I found a partner in the Bible!
Habakkuk is a prophetic book and is like a dialogue between God and the prophet (wouldn't that be awesome!). The prophet was worried for the moral decay that Judah was experiencing, he was deeply troubled and wondered why a powerful God didn't do anything about it. Here's our God's amazing reply:
“Look among the nations, and see;
wonder and be astounded.
For I am doing a work in your days
that you would not believe if told.
Habakkuk 1:5
"Wonder and be astounded! God was doing amazing works in Judah even though Habakkuk couldn't see them, they were so marvelous that even if he was told exactly what God was doing it was simply too much, far from what our limited minds can handle. This dialogue with God changed Habakkuk life forever, in his book he turns from a forlorn and sad prophet who questions God to one who rejoices in Him in the midst of afflictions and blesses His name."
"What a comfort it is for me that God KNOWS what he is doing with my life and my family, it is just too amazing that my small, tiny, brain can't comprehend. Ain't that exciting to know that God is working something big in us? I just cant wait to know what it is, but I'll have to be patient :p. God is doing amazing works in everyone of us, even when the darkest shadows seem to take over our life. Because of Christ who died in the cross for my sins I can say like Habakkuk:"
"Though the fig tree should not blossom,
nor fruit be on the vines,
the produce of the olive fail
and the fields yield no food,
the flock be cut off from the fold
and there be no herd in the stalls,
.yet I will rejoice in the Lord;
f I will take joy in the God of my salvation.
God, the Lord, is my strength;
he makes my feet like the deer's;
he makes me h tread on my i high places."
(Habakkuk 3:17-19)
